Tbh, had a great stay for the 3 nights we stayed. Everything was good, nice staff, amazing location near to the main market as well as elephant camp. Elephant Junction was short walk from the hotel, really enjoyed its location on all the plants. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Spice Village and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of superb. Skaria, the f & b manager, and his team, including Lijo and Praveen, treated me with the utmost care and attention. Their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.
Although my stay was brief, I felt completely immersed in the serene and original atmosphere of Spice Village. The resort's location made it easy for me to explore the nearby national park and spice plantations, adding to the overall experience.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel nestled amidst the mountains and beautiful gardens, just next to a stunning national forest. The rooms, styled like old village houses with thatched roofs, were not only spacious and comfortable, but also had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast spread had excellent selections and provided a great start to the day.
One minor aspect that could be improved is the restaurant service, where the waiting time for food was a bit longer than expected.

What a lovely place to stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They even provided a complimentary bottle of filtered water in the room and served healthy food in the restaurant. The location was perfect, close to the market but tucked away in a secluded green oasis. We enjoyed exploring the resort's eco-friendly initiatives and appreciated the little sit out area in our room.
The lack of TV in the room was a bit inconvenient, but we did not really miss it. The restaurant's other concept seemed gimmicky and underwhelming.

Indulging in luxury and comfort, this hotel successfully provided exclusive amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool and a spa centre. The service provided by the cordial and hospitable staff was outstanding, and the location advantage added another feather to its cap. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided special diet menus which were a delight. The private facilities were an added bonus to the luxurious room advantages which made the stay comfortable and memorable.
Though insignificant, one minor issue we faced was with the live entertainment which was not up to the mark. Other than that, the leisure/TV room, massage, sun loungers, garden area and picnic area/tables were exceptional.

The staff was accommodating, and we enjoyed the delicious food. The only suggestion would be for more detailed information about daily activities. I highly recommend this unique and immersive experience.
